ANA to temporarily change service on select international routes due to the coronavirus as of Sept. 24, 2020

・Services for the Narita = Qingado and Narita = Guangzhou route will be resumed from September 30.

All Nippon Airways (ANA) will resume the Narita = Qingdao and Narita = Guangzhou routes in response to the recent changes in border restrictions, public health quarantine measures and passenger demand trends amid the widespread impact of COVID-19.

Going forward, we will continue to flexibly consider raising the frequency of flights and resumption of routes while observing the status of immigration regulations and quarantine systems, as well as demand trends such as returning to home country and moving overseas. In addition, we will promote the “ANA Care Promise”, our initiative to provide a clean and hygienic environment in every situation so that all customers can use the airplane safely and comfortably.

Additional Changes to the Schedule Announced Today (September 30 – October 24):

  • *1 Through October 6, the B767 aircraft will be used, and after October 7, the B787 will be used.
  • * The announced plans above are subject to the approval of relevant authorities, and the aircraft may change depending on the flight status on the day.
  • * The Narita = Shanghai (Pudong) route currently operates at 1 round trip per week (Sunday).
