On June 4, Ameco and China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (hereinafter referred to as “CASC”) signed an agreement on component full care services for A320 fleet. Zhang Jun, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of CASC, Ameco CEO Chen Lun, CMO Zhu Xiao, General Manager of Beijing Base Pu Jianfang attended the signing ceremony. Chen Fei, Director of Component Operation of CASC, and Teng Bin, General Manager of Marketing & Sales Division of Ameco signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
At present, CASC is servicing near 100 aircraft including Boeing 777, 787, A350, A320 and other major aircraft. It is the largest 3rd-party component service provider with hourly payment in China. Ameco, as a comprehensive MRO provider, is committed to being a professional, industrialized and market-oriented MRO enterprise, and has created a number of excellent products represented by “quality component MRO services”. Ameco and CASC have been maintaining active strategic cooperation to support the business development of CASC in spare landing gear, consigned sale of materials, component resource sharing, etc. The project of the component full care services for A320 fleet is another new breakthrough in cooperation based on spare parts supply and asset leasing.
Zhang Jun said that this cooperation is in line with the strategic development for both sides, which will further enrich the content of cooperation, optimize the operation efficiency, and expand the scope and depth of cooperation between both sides. CASC hopes to work with Ameco to explore more opportunities for innovation and contribute to the recovery and development of the industry.
Chen Lun said that as a central enterprise specializing in the business of aviation material support, the development of CASC in recent years is remarkable. Ameco values the friendly relationship with CASC. He believed that with the deepening cooperation between the two sides, Ameco and CASC will provide professional, exquisite and efficient MRO services for China’s air transport enterprises.
